What is your exchange policy? We want your coat to be perfect for you, so exchanges are free and easy, with a few exceptions. Exchanges are allowed up to 30 days from purchase, however stock cannot be guaranteed indefinitely. Make your exchange right away to assure that we can provide you with the size or color you prefer. If you are giving this as a gift during the Holiday season (December), exchanges will be possible, but not guaranteed, until January 15th. No exchanges are possible on clearance items.

Do you ship overseas? Yes, however this service is not free. Contact care@jsqstudio.com to find out shipping requirements and fees for international shipping. Military APO shipping is provided as well through USPS.

What if I don't really like my coat once I receive it? Can I return it for a full refund? We don't think this will ever happen, but should you, for any reason, be dissatisfied with your purchase, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price. We will send you a prepaid return label that you can use to send your coat back to us. We're pretty confident this won't be necessary, because we know you'll love your coat. Refunds are not possible on clearance items.

I don't see any tax charged, why? We are located in the state of New Jersey where there is no tax on apparel. While some other states require us to collect taxes for them if you happen to live in one of those states, we currently don't reach the annual sales threshold for those states to meet the collection requirement. As the demand for our beautiful coats grows, this will probably have to be altered in the future, but enjoy tax free shopping for now.
